🧠 6. Technical Support

The most reliable way to test an Ethernet cable is by using a LAN cable tester. Plug each end of the cable into the tester’s main unit and remote unit to check wire continuity, correct pin sequence, and faults. Alternatively, you can test the cable by connecting it between a router and a device (PC, laptop, or switch) and checking for a stable network connection and link lights. If the connection is unstable or not detected, the cable may be faulty or improperly crimped.
First, check the power source, plug connection, and connected device to rule out external issues. Try the product with a different socket or device. If the issue persists, stop using the product immediately and contact our customer support team with your order details. If the product is under warranty, we will guide you through the replacement or resolution process as per our warranty policy.
Check the power input rating printed on your device or adapter and match the connector type, ampere rating, and plug standard accordingly.
