Every FEDUS product is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or wear from improper installation.

To raise a warranty claim, share your order ID and a short description (with a photo if possible) via WhatsApp or email support@fedus.in. Our team responds within one business day.

You may return most unused items in their original, undamaged packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items that show physical damage, missing accessories, or signs of installation are not eligible for return.

To start a return, log in to your account, open the order under "My Orders," and click "Request Return." Once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days after pickup), the refund is initiated to your original payment method and reflects in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
